Since the start of Russia’s full-scale military invasion of Ukraine, 8,800 civilians became victims of enforced disappearances and remain illegally detained, while more than 10,200 people are considered to be missing.
Ukrainian defenders are actively dismantling Russia’s military machine. As of 16 August, 255,570 Russian troops were killed in action since the start of the full-scale armed invasion. In July 2023 alone, Russia lost 17,850 troops killed in action, 689 artillery systems, 325 armored personnel vehicles, 170 tanks, 69 MLRS, and 71 anti-aircraft warfare systems. The Peace Formula remains the only realistic and comprehensive plan to restore Ukraine’s territorial integrity and to guarantee security and justice for the entire international community. Its points were reflected in the UN GA Resolution «UN Charter principles underlying a comprehensive, just and lasting peace in Ukraine» adopted on 23 February 2023. The Peace Formula is gradually gaining the support of the world majority. It is universal in its nature and can be used not only to end Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, but also to end other military conflicts on the planet and overcome global problems.
